I bought it about 10 years ago and have used it only about 10 times because it was used in conjunction with another tent. However, it has a certain amount of use.
I don't think there are any tears, peeling seam tape, etc., but there are stains. There is no stickiness. Please understand that there may be something overlooked because I am an amateur. As for the accessories, there are 16 aluminum pegs and an instruction manual. The rope is already attached to the main body, so it can be assembled immediately.
