2 Gable ends, manufacture unknown. For a 90 degrees pitched roof. Down sides are 5 3/8” and across the bottom is 7 1/2”.
Note: these 2 are a matching pair. One for either end of the house.
5 Allessio Hooded windows, 6 over 6 panes with clear plastic inserts. #AS405. includes interior molding trim for each window.
Note: 2 of the windows have some dings in the peaks. I took close up pictures. Those things can be repaired when you paint them for assembly.
1 Front Door, oval window with plastic insert. Includes interior molding trim for the door to match windows above.
1 Door knocker. Housewords # 1107.
1 black mail box, does not open, metal
2 house numbers, plastic
2 keys. They are very delicate metal.
1 DEED/with envelope, permit and warrenty.
1 wooden block for front door step (primed with grey paint)
1 wood chimney (primed with white paint)
Some of these items could be discontinued. I could not find them on line to be able to give you item numbers.
