This is a Faerie Glen fairy figurine from Munroe Enterprises.  She is "chanteglimmer;" #FG848; 2006.  She is standing on an oak leaf with a dragonfly on an acorn and has a belt of leaves and flowers.  Original box included.  Note: the top left wing has been repaired.
