Also packages do get lost occasionally but in that case we can file a claim with USPS and you will get your money back. Just be sure you're using the correct address when you purchase as that is something we cannot change once you purchase.

We do care about our feedback and you will see most of our customers are really happy and I have fun talking to people and answering questions / connecting with ebay community.
