Condition: Fair condition, but a rare volume in so early an edition. Heavy chipping and wear to backstrip as pictured above. Spotting to front board. Back board almost detached. Foxing is heavy on the first and last 10 pages, light to medium within the main body of the text. With the exception of 1 page that has a strip missing from its outer margin, pages are all tight and whole. 8" x 4 3/4" with 230 pages.
