Vintage Moroso T-handle aluminum shift knob.   

This is a nice original solid aluminum knob. Has a larger thread size, possibly 1/2" coarse but I'm not sure (Adapters are pretty easy to find but please be sure this works for you before purchase.) 
This was pre-owned so may not be perfect but is in very good shape considering the age. There are No cracks, breaks, or pitting. Threads look to be in good shape. (Photos show condition)  Overall a very cool and hard to find original custom knob for your ride or for the collector.  Take a look...
