We have shifted to eBay managed payment, buyers can pay using credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. 

1. Please allow 1-2 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
2. We ship items across the ebay warehousing . Usually it takes 2-3 business day to reach you. If you live in the same city where one of our warehouse located,  you might even get your items within the same day.
3. Please review and ensure you enter the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
4. If you do not get your item while it shows delivered on the courier’s website, please check if it’s been left in some safe place in your front yard or garden. Or ask your neighbors if they got the wrong parcels.

2. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We will give you an RMA number for the return.
