Title isn't 100% correct as only (2) have no wireless card. One of them is equipped with on-board wireless. This one will include antennas.

2.5" drive caddy is included in all of them and they all include the extra displayport adapter for running a third monitor. Windows Pro key is tied to the motherboard and will be automatically activated should you choose Windows as the OS. They officially support Windows 11 being on 8th gen Intel chips. They also make great TV controllers with Windows, something like chromeOS flex, or android x86. They have been cleaned inside for dust and outside for any adhesive residue or other markings, verified working and the bios updated to the most recent(v1.28.0). They will have light scratches, scuffs, marks, etc.
