Ralph Garr!

This item is the original signed artwork of Ralph Garr from the 1975 collector issued set Baseball's Best more commonly known as the Mengler set. 

The artwork is in pencil and on a card that measures approx 3 x 5

The condition is excellent, considering it's age etc

This original artwork and collector produced set of cards that it became a part of was produced and distributed in 1975 for a short time and was designed with the autograph collector in mind.

The original art of this set is sure to be a great addition to anyone who collects the Atlanta Braves, Ralph Garr or is a fan of this hard to find set ... I will include a note authenticating it.

The Ralph Garr card in this lot was pulled from the original set because I misspelled Ralph's last name (Gaar) very few if any were released... another card in the set, Hal McRae was also misspelled but was corrected and distributed.

I am sure many collectors of this set have only heard of this card and never seen it! The fact that it alsois signed, to me, makes this a very unique addition to any collection of this set

Ralph Allen Garr (born December 12, 1945), nicknamed "Road Runner", is an American former professional baseball player, scout, and coach. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as an outfielder from 1968 through 1980 — most notably as a member of the Atlanta Braves — and eventually with the Chicago White Sox and California Angels.
