Comes repackaged with an NP-90 battery only. No charger. No other accessory is included. A charger for NP-90 battery can be purchased separately for about $6 at eBay. 

Manual is available online at Canon website, no hard copy manual is included. An SDHC memory card is also needed for storing photos and movies which can be included for additional $5 (16gb capacity SDHC card).
