Game controller is in very good physical condition with no breaks or cracks.  Long cord also comes in handy.  Had a small markings area on the back (maybe a price at one time).

Controller powers up and works - but is experiencing some connection issues.  Selling this item as tested, but 'As Is' due to functionality concerns.  Parts, not tested working.
