Comes with all accessories shown, including main unit base, mixing bowl with lid, dough hook, whisk attachment and blender with cap. It is fully functional, powerful and all speeds work perfect.  It  has signs of use like cosmetic scratches and marks. the most notable things to mention is the clear mixing bowl splash lid has a bunch of very tiny cracks in the acrylic  not exactly sure what from maybe washing in a dishwasher cause some sort of stress cracks but it still slides on and works and there are no large structural cracks. Also there is a burn melt mark on the outside side of the bowl but this does not reach through to inside the bowl at all. Refer to pictures.
