Sealed but has cut-out on the side.  We have a few of these listed so images may not be the exact copy.  However, they all pretty much look the same with slight variation of the gnarly cut-out.  Since these are sealed and not tested, I cannot guarantee playability.  I did give another copy to a friend with a nice player and that copy did play very well.
