Depicts a World War II era propeller airplane known as the Harvard trainer (AKA T-6 Texan WWII trainer) and jet airplane known as C-114 Tutor used for pilot training of the Royal Canadian Air Force and Royal Air Force (UK) at Canada Forces Base Moose Jaw. Training of NATO forces still continues to the present day using the BAE built CT-155 Hawk trainer. Also prominently depicted is a bull moose animal which is, of course, a city symbol.
