Please choose a good international brand when purchasing a SSD for the adapter board, try not to choose a cottage brand, and try to choose a low-power SSD, because some SATA3 SSD rated current is close to 2A. However, the current of your mechanical hard disk generally does not exceed 1A, and the power supply capacity of your machine must also be considered, and the SSD with large power consumption cannot be identified when it does not move, or it is unstable after identification.
