Our aim is to ensure you have a great online experience and enjoy the purchase you have made. 

We make every effort to describe all items we sell correctly and accurately. Many items that we sell are in most cases, vintage, antique or have had some form of wear from use.

Unless otherwise stated our auctions and Buy it now’s are mostly second-hand goods and not new although we will show and describe as fully as possible any damage or defect within the listing.  

Opinions will differ greatly regarding quality and if you purchase any item from us and are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us via our Email and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Postage: We aim to post out all items within one working day and in some cases the same day. We use several options for postage and in most cases use trackable services unless the item is of a small value. 

Listing Photographs: We endeavour to produce the highest quality photographs on our listings. In some cases, to enable all aspects of the item to be seen the photographs are larger than the actual item for sale. Dimensions and sizes are given withinin the listing.

Postage: We try to make postal charges (When charged) as economical as possible. We are always happy to arrange postal discounts for customers purchasing more than one item, maximum being 2 kilos’ due to weight.

We operate a 30day refund policy, if you want to return an item please ensure it is sent in the original packaging and with a trackable service.

The conditions of return are:

1.    Customer changed mind or does not want it (Buyer pays return postage.)

2.    Item not as described or arrived damaged. (We pay postage charges).
