This is a genuine OEM used Acura headlight for the left side of a 2021-2023 MDX in LED with 4 projector option, actual item pictured. Please ask questions first if you are not sure this is right for you. This light is missing the top inner tab piece shown in picture 6, and one locator pin is gone in picture 5 which does not affect fit, and all other tabs and housing are fine and unrepaired. The lens shows almost no road wear and looks really nice. All components are included and the lens has not been buffed. If you want a genuine headlight that will fit your car at a great price, this is it.
