I am relisting this because Liu Sisi (shijieli462-2) Portland yet again can't pay for it........................This is an antique Victorian or Edwardian sheerer white cotton 2-piece wedding gown or dress. I just pinned it together at the waist to photograph it. The top has a stand-up lace collar below which are lace inserts and tucks front and back. The sleeves are balloon like to below the elbows with lace inserts to the cuffs and have gathers at the top of the sleeves. It closes with 9 hidden buttons and a hook and eye at the waist. There are also ties at the waist with gathers above it. It is a little longer in the front with that bottom panel. The measurements are 16" flat across the shoulders, 20" flat under the arms, a 38" waist and is 24" long in the front and about 19" long in the back with a hem circumference of 48". The sleeves are 20" long with a 9 1/2" opening. Condition is very good but there is a stain at the back right side in the lace seen in the 15th photo. There are also numerous very small holes in the lace inserts as seen in the 16th photo. Some have threading around them so I don't know if they are all holes, judge for yourself in the 16th photo. I put blue paper underneath to show them better. The skirt has tucks down to the lace inserts which start below the hips front and back. The lace inserts are on the front and back. The bottom is more of a ruffle with gathers. It closes in the back with 5 hooks and eyes with one eye loose on 1 end. Condition is very good but there are those scattered tiny holes in the lace inserts seen in the last 4 photos. To me they don't really stand out that much being lace but that is just my opinion. I have not cleaned it but it seems pretty white. A great 2-piece dress that would be a great wedding dress also. Please look at the pictures carefully with the mouse for details and conditions, note the measurements for your fit and ask questions. Thank you for viewing. U.S. SALES ONLY. There is a $2.00 handling fee.
