• Refurbished laptop that has been been fully tested by our engineers and supplied with 1 Year RTB Warranty for piece of mind. 

• Item is in Grade B condition, see Key below for further details on item condition

• Laptop size ranges between 12.5" and 15.6" and will be picked at random based on availability. If you require a specific size, please message us directly before purchasing so that we can check our stock. 

• Battery is tested and lasts for a minimum of 1 hour

• Laptop supplied with a charger and is fully activate, ready to use out of box.

• Laptop is not guaranteed to have an optical disk drive due later models not having this option. External USB optical drive can be purchased online if required. Alternatively, please message us and we can check our stock to see if we can accommodate your request for a built in optical drive.

We have made 'building your ideal spec' simple here at IT Links. In a nutshell, the higher the generation of your processor, RAM Memory and Storage Capacity, the more efficient your laptop will be able to perform. If you require a laptop to be able to run a specific application or programme, always remember to check the minimum spec requirements of that programme or application as this will allow you to know what minimum spec your laptop needs to have to be able to run.

Condition Key:

Grade A - Laptop has little signs of use, may have minor wear and tear.

Grade B - Laptop will have minor wear to the lid and palm rest, and may have minor scratches/marks around the surface. Laptop may have the odd chip/crack to exterior but will not affect the use of the laptop. 

Grade C - Laptop has clear signs on use. Expect the laptop to have dents in the lid, cracks, major scratches, clear screen blemishes and a worn keyboard

Payments

Payments must be made through Paypal and be cleared before any item is dispatched this includes any pending transactions that may have not been cleared.

Delivery and Warranty

- All items will be securely packaged and reach you by the delivery date stated on your purchase, providing that your funds have cleared successfully. 

- All items are security marked, security sealed and all serial numbers noted, to prevent fraud prevention.

- All items come with 1 Year Return To Base warranty for peace of mind. Therefore if your item develops an issue within 1 year from the date of purchase, you will need to return it to us and our engineers will repair your laptop and return it back to you. Your item could take up to 10 days to be repaired before it is returned back to you. If we are unable to repair your item we will look to replace your laptop with another of similar specification and the warranty will continue on until 1 Year has passed. 

Our warranty does not include the following: 

 - Laptop battery is not included in our warranty as this is a consumable and cells tend to die over time. It will be down to the buyer to replace the battery at your own cost. 

- Accidental Damage caused by the end user and includes physical and liquid damage. 

Return Policies

If an item is purchased that does not match the 'item description' or has been 'damaged in transit' please contact us directly and we will do our very best to resolve this matter without having to raise a dispute. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Please note that you will be responsible to cover shipping costs to return your item, unless it is an issue on our part.  

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, i.e. change of mind, we will still accept returns on items sold as 'New', 'New Other', 'Seller Refurbished' and 'Used', providing that the item/items is returned to us in the same condition . This applies to the item, retail packaging and security seal must be intact. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. We as the seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once the item has been received and agreed to the mutual cancellation.
