Green Scott Specialty Binder - Excellent Condition - SEE!!!

You are bidding on a two post green Scott Specialty binder.     It is in excellent condition with the rods and posts all in working order.       It is labeled "Netherlands and Colonies" but oviously may be used for any collecting area.      It has no writing or tears or stickers.           Used, but definately not abused!
 

This is an empty binder and contains NO pages. 

 

Binder will be sent media mail for $6 with tracking
