some wear.  nothing major, nothing that says take a picture of this!!!  bottom hems have been removed to add length by previous owner.  satin-lined to about mid shin.  all pockets are fine- no holes or tears.  buttons work.  seams are all good.  i would call them bootcut, others may say straight.  a very decent, solid pair of pants. i 've worn then on my bike and felt protected.  the leather is nice- not heavy but certainly not anywhere near 'thin'..
