A Carved Mahogany Barley Twist Leg Round End Table, United States, c. Early 20th Century. This Table would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid mahogany shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep finish. The round top in veneered and nicely styled, it flows nicely into the four turned barley twist legs. The legs end with a drastic hoof bottom, which truly ties together the design of the table nicely. An additional storage shelf is found below the table for extra display space. The underside is unmarked or signed.

Condition:
This Table was exceptionally well made, it's both solid and sturdy. Mild creek can be heard from the joints where the table legs meets the table, the table is sturdy - This is the nature of its design. Surface scratches and finish blemishes are shown from age. There are areas of veneer chipping along the sides of the table top. The chips are shown to a single side. This table was refinished at some point in its life.
