a hard to find original ww2 ministry of home security arp training bulletin No4 which is dated 1942 & covers anti gas ,h.e.bombs ,german container for incendiary bombs ,raid watchers  & loads more interesting titbits . the bulletin has paper covers & is 20 pages long other than rusty staples it is in good used condition
