A VERY STYLISH STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY BOX IN THE ART DECO STYLE OF THE 1920'S.

Weight is 216 grams.

The base is 10cm in diameter.   3.5cm tall.

Clean, plain silver surfaces to the circular Box. Spreading base. Hinged and slightly domed lid.   There is a mirror to the inside of the lid and a satin lined interior.

Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1922.   Maker's mark is rubbed.

In good and clean condition.  The silver is bright and - a couple of tiny dings to the base rim apart - in without damage.  The hinge is good and the lid closes precisely.  The mirror is rather cloudy. The interior is intact and smart.  A very attractive item of Art Deco silverware.
