Gran Turismo press kit for Playstation 1

Extremely hard to find and once it's sold, it's sold.

I would describe the condition as quite worn but please see pictures of condition and judge for yourself.  The disc is scratched and I'm not sure if it should come with a manual but these can be replaced cheap as the disc and manual appear to be the same as normal. PLEASE READ: There is nothing in the pocket/sleeve that says "4 screens" under the disc but I have managed to find on youtube someone opening one of these kits and it had 4 slides/films in there and I've been informed that it should come with this or a "for mac" disc.
