We will send you an invoice after the auction.  For shipments over $100 , we will automatically add registration to the invoice.  There are no exceptions.  We accept Paypal. 

For certain high-risk countries (including but not limited to: Malaysia,Thailand, Russia, Italy, China), we have to ship by Registered mail, regardless of value.  

Also, for PRC, only bids from those customers  with 100 or more positive feedback will be accepted.,
