In excellent pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear.
Size determined by measuring as such:
Belts are normally measured from where the belt leather folds at the buckle end to the middle hole at the tip end. (from a google search)
I measured from where the leather and buckle meet to the middle hole and it was 38". When buckled, the measurements go from 37" to 41", depending on the hole used. Hope that helps!
