1966 Ladies Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6623 Vintage Watch - Jubilee Bracelet

This watch is working absolutely fine & keeps good time within 30 seconds over a 24 hour period. There is some slight issues with the bracelet which is explained below.

About the watch & condition: 

Here we have a stunning example of a ladies vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch. It’s a very classy design and sits nicely on the wrist. More details below!

The watch has an exceptional looking champagne dial with nice silver hands.

It looks very elegant and has a nice patina across it. There is some minor general wear which you’d expect on both the dial an hands but it’s still a great little watch.

The crystal does have a few microscopic little scratches but it’s been cleaned up nicely as shown!

The case itself is stainless steel and suits the rest of the watch nicely. It does have some general wear with some scratches and some deeper marks on the lugs as shown.

They aren’t noticeable and when sat on the wrist it still looks good, you could get it polished but a watch is often better left unpolished.

This watch has the Rolex branded screwdown crown which looks stunning & works just as you’d expect with no problems.

The watch is sat on a Rolex branded bracelet however it’s been made up from different Rolex’s. You can tell as the upper half of the bracelet & the clasp is slightly more worn than the lower half of bracelet. On the lower half (better condition half) there’s also been a link taken out mid way as shown. While wearing you won’t notice this. The lower half is a little shorter than the other as well when set to its max length, if you shorten it on the clasp you can even it out. At this length the bracelet will fit a 6 inch wrist as shown.

This is an automatic watch meaning it runs off the movement of your wrist. The watch has a small power reserve however if left for a period of time it will have likely stopped. As all automatic watches you can manually wind it too.

Overall a lovely example & a great way to get into a Rolex, no box or papers unfortunately but this is common of a watch of this age.
