We give 4 days for payment on items won in auctions, this also includes Best Offers. 

After 4 days Unpaid Item Claim will be made unless you contact us to make arrangements before the 4 day period expires.

We do not ship internationally. No exceptions. Please do not ask. We only ship within the lower 48 United States.
