Download the AMD Radeon 22.6.1 package for this card from the AMD website but do not install it yet.
Remove all previous AMD GPU drivers or AMD software. The best software for cleaning the files is called "DDU" and is free for download from the internet.
Shut down the computer after everything has been removed. Install the card. Disconnect the wired or wireless connection.
Reboot the computer. Again, do NOT connect to the internet. Do NOT allow Windows to auto-install drivers for the card, as it will misidentify the card as a "R9 200" series card.
Install the Radeon 22.6.1 software like you usually would, and let it fail. What we actually want are the folders that will be created in C:\AMD.
Open Device Manager. Look for a GPU Adapter called " Windows Basic Display Driver". Right-Click and choose "Update Drivers". Choose "Browse my computer for drivers". In the next window, select "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
From the next window, click on "Have Disk...". Point it towards:
"C:\AMD\Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-22.6.1-Win10-Win11-64Bit-LegacyASICs-June23-2022-LEGACY\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF".
The "Update Drivers" box will now show all of the drivers in the Radeon 22.6.1 package. Scroll down and select "AMD Radeon (TM) R9 370 Series". Click on "Next". A warning box will appear - click on "Yes", and it will install the drivers. The card will now appear correctly in Device Manager. After that, restart.
Once you are back in Windows, go to:
"C:\AMD\Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-22.6.1-Win10-Win11-64Bit-LegacyASICs-June23-2022-LEGACY\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF\B381983"
In there, you should find a "ccc2_install.exe". Run it, and it will install the Adrenalin Software. Close the window when installation has completed.
Go the the Start Menu and launch "AMD Settings". The Radeon Adrenalin software will start.
