I use high quality photographs of the actual items for sale unless otherwise stated and my descriptions are usually far more detailed and specific than of many other sellers because these are mainly my own items or from my friends and relatives from whom I try to get as much detailed feedback as possible.

Pre-used, mechanically and electronically fully working; only declared “For parts or not working” due to some characters on several keys worn out (wear & tear) – see the photos of the actual item for sale.

 

Due to its condition, I don’t think, this keyboard should be used as direct replacement for a faulty. Sold as seen, with no warranty, no returns.

 

It is sole buyer’s responsibility to inspect carefully all provided photographs of the actual item, online documentation, to do their own research to make sure this keyboard is compatible with their equipment.

Faults, returns, refund terms

 

1.       Delivery Address Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and accurate delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal at the delivery point, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and offer a partial refund, deducting my losses which include posting charges and none refundable eBay’s fees, non-reusable or damaged packaging.

 

2.       Damaged in Post: If the item arrives damaged, the buyer must report it within 72 hours, providing photo and video evidence while retaining the original packaging. Failure to do so forfeits the claim for damages. The buyer must not attempt to test/use/modify the item, if its casing/body/other parts have visible signs of damage apart from details provided in the original item description.

 

3.       Item Condition and Faults: The Seller guarantees the item to be in full working order unless stated otherwise. If the item generates a new non-described earlier fault within 7 days of delivery, the buyer must provide necessary evidence of the fault. The buyer forfeits claim for faults, if the item is modified or has other indications of buyer’s mishandling or fraudulent actions. If return has been agreed, the buyer should where possible reuse the original packaging or provide pre-agreed with the Seller alternative at their own expense.

 

4.       Refund Policy: Upon receipt of the return, if Sellers confirms the fault, a full refund is offered. However, if the item is found to be working, the Seller can offer partial refund deducting his losses which include forward and return postage, none refundable eBay fees, any damages to the item inflicted by the buyer.

 

5.       Compatibility and Installation: No returns or refunds are offered due to issues stemming from compatibility with the buyer’s equipment, incorrect installation, or mishandling of the item. The buyer is solely responsible for researching, checking, and confirming the compatibility of the item with their equipment or intended use.

 

6.       Not as Described Claims: Returns are not accepted for issues such as cosmetic appearance or functions of the item that work but may not meet the buyer's expectations, where the buyer’s reasoning is open to interpretations. This includes issues such as scratches, cleanliness, colour discrepancies, or other functional aspects that may vary. For example, but not limited to:

·         if buyer claims that item is severely scratched while some scratches were declared and provided pictures of the item are depicting these issues. This is open to interpretation, personal opinions. And pictures are flat which may not always help buyer’s perception.

·         If buyer claims the item appears to be dirty. I put lot of efforts to clean items that I sell for which I received appraisals from my buyers some of whom stated my items were very clean or in condition better than they expected. With pre-used items some cosmetic issues should be expected.

·         If item seems to be of different colour than on photos, for example, dark grey instead of black as these can appear differently depending on quality of the Seller’s DSLR camera or buyer’s computer/phone/tablet screen, amount of illumination of the item or discolouration due to aging, wear and tear for which is often not possible to provide more specific quantifiable description.

·         Other functions of the item that work but not to expectation of the buyer. If it is reasonable to assume that many other buyers would be happy with the item in such condition, then this is not a strong argument. If unsure, please ask before bidding or buying.
