Rarely seen in Steno let alone with gold plated “arrow”, or in original box.

Nib, feed, grip section, original bladder which is still pliable (may want to change if you plan to use)

NOTE: these grip sections are notoriously fragile and nearly always crack where the nib / feed seat in the section if you try to punch out the nib and feed. In this case as new old stock you don’t have to.

If you want to use the unit and are just seating into your barrel, you’ll be fine.
