Original 1920s net black sequin tabard that was later affixed on a golden yellow silk material.  Perhaps the tabard could be removed because it is loose in most locations.  There are side snaps.  I wore it once to a party and only noticed a couple of sequins fall off but they mostly seem intact.

The bust is 36",  waist is 27.5",  hip 40", and length from shoulder is 56".
