Fair to good pre-owned condition.  Has loose threading on straps and neckline that are barely noticeable.  I've trimmed some off but will sell it as is.  It's a great looking blouse on.  The bell sleeves and eyelet stitching add to the bohemian flare, and it is loose and breezy.  A great summer top.  The straps are not adjustable so I have measured from top half down the front.  The bottom of the blouse is cut in points, making it really unique.  Fits more like a large.  Machine wash and dry.  Smoke free home.
