Beautifully ornate

The base of a wine bottle fits perfectly into the base of each of the 3 compartments

There is a break in the middle stem, but there is an internal rod to prevent it from coming apart (picture 6). Very little wear to the plate. At some point someone has 'cleaned' it with metal polish, which has lodged in the crevices and needs washing out. Please examine photos carefully as these are part of the condition description
