The console is in good overall shape with some visible scratches/scuffs on the outside plastic. The controller has scuffs/scratches on the plastic around the thumb sticks and a gouge in the top near the DualShock lettering  (as seen in the photos). None of the cosmetic blemishes impact the functioning of the unit. Everything shown has been tested and is working.
