Lovely example of a rare 1940's WW2 RAF Spitfire 8 Day Cockpit Clock

Air Ministry stamp on back. Dated 1943 6A/1075 Bakelite cased,cockpit clock approximately 6cm diameter.  8-day movement with a centre second hand.  The bezel is screwed in and red-painted dummy hour and minute hands are suspended inside the cover glass.  These hands can be set by turning two knurled knobs in the centre of the glass.  The clock is wound and hands set with a spring loaded knob projecting from the lower right corner.  

The  case is generally In good condition , The hands rotate when the adjustment shaft is pulled sold as display only or repair will not wind.
