Please Note:

All of the items I sell are brand new, however we also have store returns, most are clearance or discontinued items, so the packaging may be missing, damaged, missing inserts or item has been removed.  I will state this in the listing. Some packaging may have marks or been re-taped. If item is new, it is unused and undamaged. Previously loved items will be described as such to the best of my ability.

 

Delivery and Damaged Shipments:

    • Please fully inspect your order right away. If there is an issue, contact us within 5 days upon receipt of your purchase.
    • Write down or take a photo of any visible damage and let us know what the issue is.
    • All items containing any sort of glass or breakable item will have insurance on the item.  Please send us photos of the damage, the shipping label.  Please DO NOT throw any of the packaging or the item away until we have responded that the shipping company has accepted the refund. We will then send a replacement or a refund.

Returns:

  • We do accept returns. 
  • All returns MUST be in the original package and in resalable condition. This includes ALL original packaging, mounting hardware ( if applicable) and instructions.
  • If you have changed your mind, and there are no issues with the product, shipping charges, 20% restocking fee and fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be given after the product is received and inspected by our receiving department.
