This lovely 1 Rouble coin came from an uncirculated mint set from the old Soviet Union that was given to me by my dad back in the early 80's after a business trip to St. Petersburg, Russia.  It represents an interesting period in history and world coin collectors might be very interested in these beauties.  I’ve hung on to it as a curiosity but it’s now time to clean out various items from my safe deposit box.

The 1 Rouble coin was struck in Copper, Nickel and Zinc and this example is a strong strike with a little softness in the wheat ears on the reverse.  The photos do not do justice to this coin at all, the lighting is greatly amplifying surface marks on the reverse, but I assure you that this coin has great eye appeal and is in near perfect condition! I included photos of the coin in it's original packaging, but I removed it in hopes of getting a better photo with limited success.

The Standard Catalog of World Coins set the price in 2020 between $35 and $55. My goal is always to sell via auctions starting at reasonable prices and ship economically via USPS to better ensure a satisfactory deal for my buyers.

I am confident this coin will meet your expectations, but if not, you may return it to me within 30 days intact in the original packaging for a full refund.
