Shipping

All orders placed before 4PM will be despatched that day, and delivered to you the following working day* (for UK mainland) (2 day service for Islands/Scottish highlands) If you supply use with your mobile number / Email address DPD will keep you updated though every stage of your delivery. Even with a 1 hour delivery window IE Your parcel will delivered between 10am-11am

We will not / cannot be held responsible for any labour charges or additional charges due to incorrect parts supplied or parts that do not fit your vehicle. All data / information is only a guide, Information could be incorrect from our supplier, or even the original manufacture we cannot be responsible for this. 30 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee:-Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 30 days of order for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original packaging (Damaged packaging carries a repacking charge). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit Refund On Correctly Supplied Goods:-We will take returns on correctly supplied goods or if customer purchased incorrectly - however return postage and a 20% restocking charge will be paid by the customer. Fitment/Install of our products must be installed by qualified mechanic / Qualified garage with access to the latest vehicle manufactures data or workshop technical data "Autotechnician" / "HaynesPro" /" Autodata" or alternatives. Proof of this may be requested if a faulty part / refund is requested. Please note :We will not / cannot be held responsible for any labour or fitment charges due to a faulty part, Nor we will we be liable for any other damage / fees due to this. We will have no liability to you in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or incorrect ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturers instructions . Under no circumstance will we accept liability for consequential loss or damage for any repairs. All warranties are not non-transferable and apply only to the original buyer/customer. Under no circumstances will we accept liability to you in respect of costs incurred such as (but not limited to ) loss of earnings,Travel expenses, recovery costs, damages etc. Feedback: -Our feedback is very important to us. Postage/Shipping:-We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our delivery method is via DPD Recorded Delivery, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Lost Items:- Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous ebay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated.

Returns/Refunds

Cancellations
If you have purchased something and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Returns
We accept returns of unwanted/incorrectly purchased goods providing they are returned to us in new/unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return of the item and we suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, we will then refund excluding our original shipping costs when the item is returned to us. Any items that are returned damaged, missing items or not in resellable condition will not be refunded, photographic evidence will be given.
Damage
If in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged upon arrival or is not what was purchased, please send an image and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then be able to offer the best solution, an exchange will be arranged or new replacement will be sent to you. (Excludes eBay Global Shipping Programme).
Warranty
Many parts supplied are covered by a 12 Month/10,000miles Manufacturers Warranty, (Warranty length is stated in the description above). If you believe that an item is faulty or falls under warranty coverage, please contact us and we will advise what to do next. Please note that warranty only covers the part. Labour fees or any other costs or consequential losses are NOT covered.
