Very rare antique horse racing program from June 20, 1894 at the Coney Island Jockey Club (Sheepshead Bay Race Track). This features some great color artwork and some major horses as well. The 1893 Belmont Stakes winner Comanche ran in the third race and won, and the card also featured the Double Event Stakes won by Keenan. Then in the past winners section for Morris Park, there are Hall of Famers like Domino and Henry of Navarre listed. This has no writing except for two small pencil marks on the top right corner. There are no rips, tears or creases of any kind. There is a bit of cloth like part at the bottom under the artwork, there this was perhaps attached to the larger stack of programs and then removed from the stack when it was sold. This is a rare gem and in amazing condition for being 130 years old.
