This iPad is in Clean, Tested, and Working Condition with a New Brown Leather Case. 
It has 32GB memory, Wi-Fi, Cellular, and is Unlocked with the USB Power cord. I Bought 
this iPad on eBay about 2 months ago, and found out i wanted an iPad Mini instead. 
It had No Power cord or Case, and I added them. I tested out all the functions, and it 
connected to my home WiFi Network Easy. The iPad has been Erased to Factory Settings, 
and has No Apple ID. It may have a few light scuffs, and is in the condition Purchased.
