Ball head itself works fine, Arca Swiss clamp on top works fine. The problem is the panoramic rotation at the bottom is frozen. It will not move.

I have not disassembled this unit. I acquired it as part of an estate sale is being sold for parts or repair only sold as is please review photographs closely. If you have any questions, ask them and receive answers before purchase..
