Vintage Arnart (4-feathered crossed arrows over Blue Onion marking). This is a replacement saucer plate to a creamer pitcher or could be used a small dish as well for your set. 

Condition: 
Nice condition. No cracks or chips. Some fine scuffs and fine scratches. Bottom has some shelf wear and marks. There are some spots on top that have discolored.
