OK - I admit it - I'm a nerd!  I bought this around 60 years ago when a teenager.  It was hand-picked and selected from the best that could be found at the corner drugstore's comic rack.  I actually bought TWO - one for reading, one for saving.  This is the saving one.

 I also learned early on the value of careful storage of comics. This was carefully stored, unopened, in the dark. For MANY years - around 60 years!

BOTTOM LINE:

I don't pretend to be an expert at grading.  If anything I tend to undergrade, actually.
