This gorgeous brooch is sterling and gorgeous. The hearts are both beautifully texture with a gorgeous rose placed in the middle. The brooch is sterling, but has a light gold tone to it and a light patina is present. I leave it up to you to clean or not - this piece has not been cleaned.
