Very hard to find, 1925 Effanbee Patsy--this is the very first Patsy that was made and used the Baby Dainty head mold on a cloth body with composition limbs.  She has a cry box that no longer makes sound.  Her paint is flaking badly from her head and legs and will need to be restored.  She wears a cute littel dress that while not original, is era appropriate.  Her shoes and socks are most likely also replacements but look adorable.

This sweetheart is nearly 100 years old and needs some love!
