WORKS!
As the photos show, there are some signs of wear since this was clearly used, but nothing major and has no damage. There are 2 removable 'EXIT>' panels on each side made out of either plastic or fiberglass. There are visible strands in the panels which lead me to believe it's fiberglass.
Looks like it was hard-wired in the past. I've spliced in a 5'6" cord so you can plug it into a regular outlet. Cord and wire nuts are included. Light bulbs are NOT included. They're only shown to prove that it lights up.
