Precautions:
1. The assembly sequ ence of each antenna element is: connector - two sections of aluminum tube - induction coil - whip antenna.
2. When using an antenna analyzer with low transmit power, do not coil the feeder. All feeders must be opened, otherwise it will affect the regulation of standing waves. When using higher power antenna analyzers, there are no requirements on the shape of the feed line.
3. The first circle is near the whip antenna. Count from the side with the fixed coil screw, and the half turn with the screw is not counted.
4. When adjusting the standing wave, if you have an antenna analyzer, first find the lowest point of the standing wave and check the resonant frequency. If the resonant frequency is high, the antenna is short. It is necessary to lengthen the whip antenna or increase the number of turns of the induction coil. If the resonant frequency is low, shorten the whip antenna or reduce the number of turns of the induction coil. If you don't have an antenna analyzer, use the standing wave meter that with your radio. Set the radio to FM, AM or RTTY mode and reduce transmit power to around 10W. Press the transmit button, rotate the RF knob, find the minimum point of the standing wave in each frequency band, check the resonant frequency, and then adjust it using the above method.

Reference data:
- 40-meter band: 7.050 - Counting from the side of the aluminum tube, that is, the 5th and 4th circles (silver mark position), pull out the rod antennas on both sides, the standing wave of 7.050 is 1.2-1.5.
- 20 meter band: 14.270 - Circles 7 and 9 (gold mark positions) from the side of the whip antenna. After pulling out all 10 sections of the whip antenna, shorten o ne side of the whip antenna by about 10 centimeters. Note that it is the whip antenna on o ne side that is shortened and no adjustment is needed on the other side.
- 15 meter band: 21 megabytes is a whip antenna with two turns on each side, with the pole fully extended.
- 10 meter band: Pull out all ten whip antennas, then retract o ne of the whip antennas approximately 7 cm. The standing wave of 29.600 is 1.2. NOTE: No induction coil is required.
