Here is a very powerful 13cm power amplifier that will run off 28VDC and draws around 22 amps maximum
the idle current is 0.5 amps approx
BLC8G22LS-450AV transistor + driver stage

At 2320MHz the maximum saturated power output is 245 watts with a cold amplifier, drawing 21 amps at 28 volts DC for 250mW drive
P1dB is about 150 watts at about 35dB gain

At 2.4GHz the maximum saturated power output is a lot lower at 85 watts, drawing 11.5 amps at 28 VDC for 250mW drive
P1dB is about 55 watts out for 25mW drive or about 33dB gain

the reduction in power at 2.4GHz is because the circuit was originally designed for 2.1GHz so it is right on the limit

It needs bolting down on to a BIG heatsink with 7 off 5mm screws with a fan(s) and is supplied with a screening cover and a short length of semi rigid with the correct plugs fitted - this can be cut in half and suitable panel connectors fitted on the other end.
The supply cable is already soldered to the pallet - no other supply connections are needed and there is NO provision for PTT.
I have supplied the small link PCB for power because I think someone may have posted how to control the amplifier by this.
For satellite operation the PA can be left switched on and just apply RF drive to transmit.
It is ideal for Digital Amateur Television
The underside of the pallet is already coated with a heat conducting pad which should be ok , even though a bit is missing.
Low start price
I will post it first class signed for

No returns obviously as it can easily be blown if you don't know what you are doing with it!
Saying that, these things are pretty much indestructible and I can provide help or even repairs should the worst happen so contact me first before doing anything via Ebay.
